Review:
I was a fan of Max Miller’s youtube channel before he dropped this lovely kitchen treat in 2023. It’s a fascinating read and with over 60 historical recipes from all over the globe, there’s certainly an education available in its pages. However, as great as it is as a culinary read, to call it a cookbook might not be completely accurate. There are a few recipes that Auntie took on, but most of it was purely educational. It wasn’t one of those books brimming with deliciousness, and I even found the photos to be subdued. But its a solid read, and certainly a triumph for Max Miller, and for that I’m still giving it a solid 3/5.
